What You Will Do

• Lead and Inspire:
  Motivate and mentor your team to meet daily goals with efficiency and enthusiasm
• Oversee Warehouse Operations:
  Manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Hands-On Support:
  Work alongside leads and team members to complete orders and pack shipments
• Optimize Efficiency:
  Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:
  Address employee concerns and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment
• Set Clear Expectations:
  Communicate daily goals and performance standards to drive accountability
• Adapt and Execute:
  Stay flexible, make real-time decisions, and move team members where they are needed most

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven Leadership:
  Experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Excellent Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels, from entry-level staff to senior management
• Strong Organizational and Time Management

  Ability to manage priorities and maintain efficiency under pressure
• Decision-Making Ability:

  Passion for training, mentoring, and empowering employees
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to walk or stand for 95 percent of your workday in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Requirements

• Must be able to work weekends
• 2 plus years of warehouse experience
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
• MUST BE LOCATED IN THE DENVER-METRO AREA TO BE CONSIDERED

Additional Details

• Salary: 58,000 to 65,000 dollars annually plus generous PTO and other benefits
• Shift: Five days in-person, including one weekend day (required)
