Pay:$42.41 - $63.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Serves as the central point of coordination for an integrated portfolio, managing cross-project dependencies, priorities, risks, and accountability for key milestones and deliverables. Facilitates leadership decisions and strategic partnerships while providing consistent executive reporting and tracking outcomes, benefits, and organizational impact.

This position has a fully remote option.

Drives strategic projects, leading the project management function, and mentoring project managers and coordinators. Defines project scopes, resources, deliverables, and success measures, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Provides leadership and direction for the project management function by mentoring and developing project managers and coordinators, ensuring consistent use of tools and methodologies, and fostering opportunities for professional growth and skill advancement.
• Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-impact projects by partnering UCHealth departments, and system leadership to optimize workflows, facilitate complex stakeholder discussions, ensure strategic alignment and measurable outcomes, maintain detailed project documentation, manage risks and scope, and drive collaboration, quality, and timely delivery.
• Leverages process improvement methodologies (to identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and enhanced experiences, driving measurable outcomes, sustainable change, and a culture of data-driven continuous improvement.
• Advises leadership by providing change management guidance, supporting core program management efforts aligned with strategic goals, staying current on emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovative solutions, and supporting core program management efforts to ensure alignment with strategic goals and priorities.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of relevant project management experience.
