Program Planner - Level 2

We are looking for a level 2 Program Planner to join the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program at our Englewood, CO facility. The role supports team members in the FBM Life Extension 2 Program and involves managing Integrated Master Schedules, program baseline control, risk analysis, and cost/schedule integration.

• Develop, status, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives.
• Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners.
• Synchronize cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements and generate schedule metrics and reports related to execution of the Program.
• Deliver schedule presentations which may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Management.
• Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong communication, writing & presentation skills.
• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance.

• Proficiency with Earned Value Management.
• Experience analyzing data.
• Experience with Deltek Open Plan or similar program planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Strong presentation skills to communicate with the Customer.
