As a Manufacturing Team (MFT) Member
, you will safely fabricate raw materials into finished products that meet PhoxONE's quality and manufacturing standards. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll follow standardized work processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure every product meets our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Safely perform manufacturing work according to established work standards.
• Fabricate raw materials into finished products while maintaining quality expectations.
• Record production data using pitch charts and other production tracking tools.
• Identify issues and communicate problems by utilizing the Andon process.
• Participate in daily Tier 1 meetings and quality circle discussions.
• Follow all company safety procedures, attendance expectations, and workplace policies.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work area following Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve production goals while continuously improving processes.

• Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and leadership.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• Experience safely using basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
