The Shop Help role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Englewood, CO. The individual in this role will assist with general shop operations, including handling and staging sheet metal materials, loading and unloading products, and supporting machine operators with basic production tasks. Responsibilities may include measuring and cutting materials, simple assembly, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment or pickup.

The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following safety procedures, and collaborating with team members to meet production and delivery schedules. This position offers hands‑on experience in a manufacturing setting and the opportunity to learn about HVAC sheet metal fabrication.

• Candidates should possess basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and simple machinery.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, including accurate measuring, counting, and basic math skills.
• Candidates should possess reliable physical capabilities, such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods in a shop environment.
• Candidates should possess good organizational skills, including the ability to keep work areas orderly and manage materials and inventory effectively.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with supervisors and coworkers and follow instructions clearly.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or warehouse work is beneficial.
