Computer Production Technician

Microsel of Colorado LLC (Trin Ware) is seeking a Computer Production Technician I to assemble, configure, and test custom computer systems in a fast-paced production environment. You will follow detailed build documents to install components, load operating systems, apply images, and perform quality checks to meet client specifications. Responsibilities include diagnosing basic hardware issues, documenting work in ticketing/ERP systems, maintaining inventory accuracy, and meeting daily production targets.

You'll collaborate closely with engineers and support teams while learning advanced IT, imaging, and lifecycle management practices for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure custom computer systems to client specifications
• Install and image operating systems and required software
• Perform hardware and software testing and quality assurance checks
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and configuration issues
• Document builds, test results, and issues in internal systems
• Maintain organization and accuracy of parts, tools, and inventory
• Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output targets
• Collaborate with engineers and support teams on technical issues
• Adhere to ESD, safety, and quality standards in the production area
• Support continuous improvement of production processes and workflows
