Warehouse And Manufacturing Position
What You'll Do – Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
- Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse organization.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Assemble mechanical components and finished products using hand and power tools.
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
- Inspect and test products to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and rework products as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
What We're Looking For – Skills/
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or related environments preferred.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and production tracking.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
This position is performed in both warehouse and manufacturing environments. Employees may be exposed to moving machinery, powered equipment, and material handling operations. Appropriate PPE may be required to ensure personal safety.
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the day.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50-75 pounds.
- Work safely around machinery, warehouse equipment, and production operations.
- Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.

Compensation:
- Base Wage Range: $24.00 – 27.00 hourly. For candidates with 5-10 years of experience the starting wage could expand. Other Variable Compensation:
Eligible for additional incentive compensation including an annual profit share award and overtime pay. - Compensation will be determined based on prior work and industry experience, job-related education, and unique skills.
