This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside engineers and experienced technicians building drones and specialty unmanned aircraft that are pushing the boundaries of advanced technology. What You'll Do As a Composite Technician I, you'll help build and assemble prototype components while developing your skills in advanced manufacturing and composite fabrication.

You'll:

  • Read and work from engineering drawings, solid models, work instructions, and specifications

  • Assemble composite structures using RTV, epoxy, and fasteners
  • Assist with aerospace painting, priming, finishes, and coatings

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow detailed written, verbal, and diagram instructions
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • ITAR-regulated facility

Ready to Build Something Amazing? If you're a hands-on problem solver who loves mechanics, electronics, engineering, and figuring out how things work, this could be your opportunity to turn that curiosity into a career while working on some seriously cool unmanned aircraft technology.
