Production Associate

Position Title:

Production Associate Wage: $22.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours:

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Production Associate at a company in Englewood, CO. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift.

• Manufacture, assemble and package metal products to produce needed items in the pursuit of customers’ orders as directed by the team lead and/or supervisor
• Assemble materials and package finished products for transport to customers
• Operate machinery or stations as instructed by the Team Leader to meet scheduled demands
• Ensure that the standards for quality, output, safety etc. are adhered to and improved upon
• Keep accurate records of production, waste, and quality checks undertaken
• Properly maintain equipment
• Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
• Conform to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Sweep floors and empty trash containers daily and maintain a clean working environment

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, material movement or machine operator experience preferred
• Knowledge of metal manufacturing materials, fabrication processes and machinery preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds

• QPS offers healthcare insurance through American Workforce after 4 weeks on assignment and paid holidays after 960 worked hours.
