• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Colorado or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Medical/Surgical or surgical unit
• Ability to independently manage a 5‑patient assignment
• Experience with EMR systems (Meditech preferred)
• Pain management and orthopedic nursing experience preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and a positive attitude

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to diverse medical‑surgical patients, including elective orthopedic and trauma cases
• Perform dressing changes, aspiration procedures, and pain management interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Meditech EMR
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and unit guidelines
• Foster a positive work environment and support fellow nurses
