Acute Care float pool

Full Time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks);
Nights shift.

$35.29 – $54.71 per hour plus Float Pool differential. Pay depends on relevant experience.

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
• BLS – BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date; card must be good through 60 days of hire.

Provides top scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. • Provide direct patient care in acute care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
• Apply AMSN core curriculum and specialty certification standards as part of evidence‑based care models.
• Support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation during clinical orientation.
