Full Time, 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period, 2 weeks).

Shifts:

Nights. Pay: $35.29–$54.71 per hour based on experience. Night Shift Incentive Program: $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full‑time night‑shift RNs.

• Provide top‑scope nursing practice in direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Value a multidisciplinary team approach for exceptional outcomes.
• Prioritize patient wellness and evidence‑based practice.
• Precept new staff and support continuous education.
• Maintain patient safety and quality at the point of care.
• Provide acute care on Med‑Surg units with moderate to high patient acuity.
• Participate in evidence‑based learning, clinical education, and skill validation.

• Graduate of an accredited or state‑board approved Registered Nursing program if less than 3 years of experience.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum six months RN experience.
• BLS certification via the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer (card in hand before start date).
• Re‑certification of BLS/CPR within 60 days of hire.

Night shift only; 72 hours per two‑week pay period. Pay ranges $35.29–$54.71 per hour plus $1,600 quarterly incentive.
