Position Overview
Join a brand new, highly specialized Cellular Therapies team that cares for malignancies such as AML, ALL, CMO, Hodgkin’s and Non‑Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. The team provides clinical trial and research care with cutting‑edge cellular therapies, delivering full‑spectrum care and support through a multidisciplinary Oncology service line.

Employment DetailsFull‑time, 0.9 FTE; 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Nights. Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, dependent on experience. Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly plus a pre‑approved relocation bonus for out‑of‑state full‑time RNs.
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved Registered Nurse program if less than three years of experience.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least six months of RN experience.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross); card must remain valid through 60 days of hire.
- ONS Chemo Bio Certificate obtained within six months of hire or transfer.
- Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
- Model proficiency by precepting new staff members.

- Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
Provide care in specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity, applying AMSN’s core curriculum and specialty certification standards integrated into evidence‑based care models.
