Position: Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) in Englewood, CO
Step into a dynamic surgical environment within a well-equipped main operating room featuring 16 suites and advanced technology. Nurses excel alongside a highly experienced perioperative team focused on procedures such as total joints, spine and organ transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics.

Schedule:

• 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Includes night and weekend call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license required
• Demonstrated experience and skill in transplant procedures is essential
• Meditech EMR proficiency
• Preferred: 3+ years of relevant operating room nursing experience
• Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for diverse surgical populations within a multidisciplinary setting
• Prepare OR suites and instrumentations according to procedure
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Safeguard sterility and manage specimen handling
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergent situations and operate with a strong clinical judgment
• Participate in on-call rotation for nights and weekends, supporting critical procedures as needed
