Position SummaryThe Trauma Program Manager (TPM) serves as the manager of the trauma performance improvement program. The TPM maintains Trauma Administration's annual Trauma Performance Improvement Plan and oversight of quality indicators set by national and state entities, HCA CSG Trauma Services and HealthONE Swedish Medical Center. Activities include promoting high quality trauma care through a concurrent and retrospective quality program. Works closely with the Trauma Medical Director and Trauma Program Director.
Helps to guide outreach, injury prevention, and educational activities based on trauma center data.
