Travel RN - Operating Room
Location:
Englewood, CO
Assignment Duration:
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
Shift: 5A - 5P
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Travel RN specializing in Operating Room nursing. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills in a high-volume surgical environment and be adaptable to the fast-paced nature of the operating room.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in various surgical procedures including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spinal surgeries.
- Circulate and scrub during operative procedures.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to ensure successful patient outcomes.
- Participate in on-call shifts as required on a rotating schedule.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 1-year current hospital acute care experience.
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications.
- Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
- Prior experience in circulating and scrubbing preferred.
