Job Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the ER Float Pool who will be responsible for providing care in a high-acuity environment with a focus on emergency department procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to a varying number of ER patients per day.
• Float within Zone 3 facilities as required, ensuring quality care is administered.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Adhere to facility scheduling and floating policies.

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of ED experience.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry and perform Point of Care lab testing.
