New Grad RN Residency

HealthONE is seeking New Grad RN Residents to join our Denver team. In this structured residency, you'll provide direct nursing care, support care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across our advanced facilities. You'll rotate through key clinical areas, develop strong assessment and critical-thinking skills, and learn to use cutting-edge technology while delivering safe, compassionate, evidence-based care. HealthONE supports your transition from student to professional nurse with preceptorship, classroom learning, simulation labs, and ongoing mentorship, offering clear pathways for growth and specialization.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate direct patient care under RN supervision
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and protocol
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans and discharges
• Monitor patient status and promptly report changes to providers
• Participate in clinical rotations and structured residency curriculum
• Use electronic health records and medical technology effectively
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality standards
• Engage in simulation, classes, and competency check-offs
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams
