As aRN Quality Management Coordinator you will clearly and professionally,communicate with all other disciplines, individually or in groups, a development and activation plan for performance improvements that coordinate withthe facilities

Plan of Care, Strategic Goals, and Performance Improvement Plan.

What you will do in this role:

You willassistthe quality initiative by developing, coordinating, and supporting the quality initiatives/activities of data collection and analysis, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement education.

You will serveas a resource personandestablishgoodrapporttoall departments and medical staff.

You will encouragephysicianand hospital staff to work together solving problems when more than one discipline is involved.

Infection

Control Nurse and Risk Manager to coordinate activities.

You will workwith

Medical

Staff Coordinator to keep abreast of department activities.

You willassistwith regulatory preparedness.

You willassistwith hospital-wide Quality Committeesi.e.Quality Management Committee,Facilitate peer review.

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  
  BSN Preferred
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
• Previous quality improvement,core/performance measurement, familiarity with CMS/JCAHO regulatory and accreditationrequirementsstronglypreferred.
• Three (3) years’ experience in acute care/clinical setting.
