Quality Assurance Manager

Lead the development and execution of testing strategies, planning, and test execution across multiple software projects. Define, implement, and manage test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements. Oversee and coordinate end-to-end QA activities, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT phases. Supervise and provide direction to onsite and offshore QA teams to deliver quality outcomes on schedule.

Drive test automation initiatives and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines. Manage defect triage, conduct root cause analysis, and facilitate issue resolution with cross-functional teams. Author and review test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and traceability to requirements. Track, analyze, and report QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density, pass rates) to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders (Project Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers) to align testing with project objectives.

Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and compliance requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, processes, and tools. Utilize test management and automation tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, Postman, TestNG, Cucumber, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops) effectively. Perform API, web, 3rd party application, and data validation testing; exposure to performance testing tools is required. Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills while managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in the payment domain or with payment gateways is a plus.
