Quality Engineer
Must-have skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with Gage R&R, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and statistical analysis
- Proficiency with Minitab (or equivalent statistical software)
- Experience performing incoming, first article, dimensional, and visual inspections
- Hands-on use of calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, Keyence, and other precision measurement tools
- Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T
- Experience developing inspection plans, sampling plans, and inspection procedures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
