Part-time Leasing Consultant - Malbec

We are seeking a Part‑time Leasing Consultant for our beautiful property Malbec Apartments in Englewood, CO! This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents while utilizing professional sales and marketing techniques to maintain high occupancy at the apartment property.

• Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualify applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move‑ins for the new residents.
• Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date rental files; accurately enter rental data into the computer.
• Prepare leases for and oversee the signing of leases by new residents.
• Assist in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensure property paperwork is organized and complete.
• Interact with residents in a professional manner to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents.

• Preferred: 1 year of property management experience.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential.
• Desire to work in a team setting with a company that loves to promote from within.

• $22–$23/hr
• Monthly and quarterly bonuses
