Love pizza? Love working with great people? Whether you're an experienced cook or looking to grow your kitchen skills, we'd love to meet you! At Via 313, we're more than just pizza—we're a team that works hard, has fun, and takes pride in serving some of the best Detroit-style pizza around.

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour

• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred (but we're happy to train the right person!)
• Colorado Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain one after hire)
• Reliable, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

No two shifts are exactly the same! As a Prep Cook, you'll help create the amazing food our guests come back for again and again.

Your day may include:

• Preparing fresh ingredients
• Stretching dough and building Detroit-style pizzas
• Cooking appetizers, salads, and other menu favorites
• Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
• Working alongside an awesome team during busy services
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Jumping in wherever the team needs you

Paid Time Off

• Full-time team members averaging 30+ hours per week receive:
• 40 hours of PTO after one year of employment

Colorado Paid Sick Leave (HFWA)

• Accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year
• Accrual begins on your first day of employment
• Sick leave may be used for your own health needs, to care for a family member, or for other qualifying reasons under Colorado law
• Unused leave carries over from year to year, with annual usage limits as provided by law
• Additional leave may be available during qualifying public health emergencies
