Lot Technician

Job Location:

Englewood, CO 80113. Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

• Maintain the appearance, organization, and presentation of dealership vehicle inventory.
• Keep the dealership lot clean, neat, organized, and customer‑ready.
• Safely move, park, and stage new and pre‑owned vehicles, including maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Drive vehicles through the car wash, vacuum interiors, and prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
• Inspect incoming new vehicles for damage and notify management of needed repairs.
• Ensure all vehicles have fuel, required stickers, Buyer's Guides, and are delivery‑ready.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles to/from customers, trades, auctions, and other locations.
• Catalog, organize, and securely store vehicle keys.
• Support the Sales team with vehicle movement and dealership operations.
• Assist with dealership grounds and seasonal maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
• Great attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles (manual transmission is a plus).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day.
