5030 S. Broadway, Englewood, Colorado 80110. Brand: EZPawn. Pay range: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour.

Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) – Join our team in a fun, fast‑paced retail environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program, earning a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker. Progress through our Pawnbroker Certification Program ($1/hour) and Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader). Advancement to Assistant Manager follows a 6‑month training program.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting in person and over the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Offer mutually satisfying agreements on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background, bilingual, or other relevant experience is a plus.
