Temporary Retail Merchandise Associate

Home Goods, a Widgets Co brand in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Temporary Retail Merchandise Associate to support our fast-paced store environment. In this role, you'll help stock and organize merchandise, set up displays, and ensure products are presented according to brand standards. You'll assist customers on the sales floor, maintain a clean and safe shopping area, and support basic inventory and backroom tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking, arranging, and replenishing merchandise on sales floor and shelves
• Ensure products are accurately labeled, priced, and visually appealing according to company standards

• Support inventory tasks including receiving shipments and organizing backroom stock
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Assist with setting up promotional displays and seasonal product layouts
• Operate basic point-of-sale or handheld devices as directed
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines
