Job Description & Sales Agent Responsibilities

• Leverage robust outbound sales skills to expand membership base, reaching out to leads provided by the company and demonstrating exceptional follow-up techniques.
• Apply effective inbound sales skills to enhance membership base, employing professional selling habits to engage and attract potential customers.
• Utilize keen observational and active listening skills to identify and develop additional selling opportunities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in following an effective and streamlined sales process.
• Engage prospects through rapport-building, delivering personalized and value-based presentations.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address and overcome objections from prospects.
• Establish and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
• Prioritize member satisfaction and loyalty by building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
• Demonstrate the ability to adhere to quality assurance guidelines on every call.

Minimum Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License required or ability to obtain
• College degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
• Background in Insurance (Property and Casualty) preferred
• Required to obtain a Property and Casualty license within a designated time
• Proven ability to convert and close sales opportunities
• Skillful in overcoming objections
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
• Flexibility to work any assigned shift during business hours
• Proficient computer skills required
