Kapella Roofing, a locally owned roofing company based in Centennial, CO, is growing and looking for a motivated Roofing Consultant to represent our team, build relationships, and help expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, engage with prospects, and sell roofing services
• Utilize online marketing and networking tools
• Create strong relationships with prospective clients that align with our target market
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively through the company's CRM

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in a goal-oriented sales environment
• Previous commercial roofing sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of roofing industry products and installation procedures
• Must be a self-starter and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Ability to contribute ideas and participate in production meetings

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
• Willing to work in varying weather conditions
• Time split between office and field (approximately 50/50)

Compensation: Base pay provided during the initial 90-day ramp-up period, followed by a transition to 100% commission-based earnings with uncapped potential.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $ per year (uncapped commission-based)

Schedule:

• 8 to 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

This role includes state-mandated sick time.
