Creative Title Company is hiring for a sales rep who will focus on wholesalers rather than real estate agents. We have clear market positioning, a defined target customer profile, and strong internal support infrastructure. That’s your foundation for success.
You are the front-line representative of the company in the Colorado market, working directly with the Founder and internal teams to grow and protect strategic relationships. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to plan and delegate CRM configuration/tuning to our CRM Engineer.
This is a foundational role in an early stage company, and you are considered a key hire.
Key Objectives- Acquire and grow wholesaler client relationships and market penetration.
- Establish Creative Title as the preferred title partner for wholesalers and investor-buyers.
- Ensure sales, CRM, and marketing efforts operate as a single, coordinated system.
While you’re accountable for making sure the system works. Our job is to equip you for success. You’ll have the following resources at your disposal:
- Sales & Operations Consultant – An experienced title sales and systems strategist to be a mentor and advisor, helping you align sales execution, CRM design, and operational realities.
- Full-Time CRM Engineer – Dedicated technical support to build, refine, and maintain CRM structure based on your real-world sales activity.
- Full-Time Marketing Director & Team – Responsible for campaign execution, content, events, and brand support, working in close coordination with you.
This role owns CRM outcomes, not just usage. You are accountable for ensuring the CRM captures useful, accurate, decision-grade data, including:
- Sales activity and pipeline stages
- Source attribution and relationship context
- Data necessary to generate meaningful reports, KPIs, and performance tracking
You will partner with the CRM Engineer to:
- Define structure, fields, stages, and tagging
- Ensure CRM usage reflects reality
- Produce reporting that is useful to Sales, Marketing, and Management
- Work directly with Marketing to align campaigns, events, and messaging.
- Provide feedback on what converts, what stalls, and where friction exists.
- Help ensure sales and marketing function as a unified system.
- Proven sales experience
- Management / oversight of CRM configuration or reporting
- Real estate experience strongly preferred
- Title sales experience welcome but not required
- Comfortable showing up and being visible
- Disciplined with systems and follow-up
- Our deal volume grows from 15 deals per month to 50, and you’re earning $12-17K/mo.
- CRM produces reliable reports and KPIs.
- Sales and marketing are rowing in the same direction.

Schedule:
Flexible – this is an outside sales role; general availability by phone / email / Zoom is expected during business hours. - Location:
Remote; regional travel ~2hr radius of Denver (we do not maintain an office) - Salary & Commissions: $40-60K Base; plus 15% commission – paid via direct deposit.
