No prior experience is required — we provide training and support to help you
succeed.
As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to contact businesses,
introduce our services, and schedule meetings for our benefits representatives.
This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both remotely and in person as needed.
- Reach out to business owners and decision-makers
- Schedule appointments for licensed benefit representatives
- Maintain and update a database of prospects
- Follow a structured outreach process
- Support marketing and lead generation efforts
- Work collaboratively with the sales team
- Comfortable speaking with business professionals
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Organized and able to follow up consistently
- Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
This is an independent contractor position with performance-based, uncapped
compensation. Earnings are based on results and appointments set. There is
strong potential for growth and advancement into a licensed agent role for those interested.
