This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Marketing and Sales Associate, based in Englewood, CO, is a in office position and is full time. Responsibilities include following up with interested consumers, supporting sales efforts, nurturing client relationships, and assisting with marketing initiatives. The role involves collaborating with clients to provide exceptional customer service, helping them navigate the mortgage application process, and ensuring effective follow-ups.

Additionally, the associate will contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, as well as participate in team training sessions to enhance skills.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Mortgage sales experience and skills in developing opportunities with consumers, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in Training and mentoring team members to strengthen overall performance
• Sales & Marketing expertise, including the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies with social media
• Proactive and solution-oriented thinking with excellent organizational skills
• Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
