Encore Delivery Specialist

Description

The Love Encore Delivery Specialist plays a key role in enhancing customer experience by providing personalized vehicle redelivery sessions. This position focuses on educating customers about their vehicle’s technology, features, and functions to ensure confidence and satisfaction in their purchase.

Pay is based on experience:
Up to $74,000 per year (this is an hourly role plus commission)

• Conduct follow-up appointments with customers to review and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Provide in-depth training on infotainment systems, safety technologies, and other advanced vehicle functions.
• Address customer questions and concerns, ensuring they feel comfortable with their new vehicle.
• Maintain a strong understanding of all vehicle models, including new technology and updates.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or automotive industry preferred.
• Passion for cars, technology, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technology in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using tablets, smartphones, and in-car technology.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and uphold dealership standards.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
