Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Appointment Setter

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in sales.

• Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Research and identify new business opportunities using online tools and industry resources
  • Conduct cold calls (phone and in-person) to generate interest and set appointments
  • Overcome objections and create interest in services
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for Sales Representatives
• Sales Support & Coordination
  • Prepare materials and research for first-time client meetings
  • Communicate all appointment details clearly to the sales team
  • Assist with basic design requests (logos, proofs) as needed
• Territory & Field Activity
  • Travel locally for prospecting, meetings, and occasional field support
  • Maintain a professional image during all client interactions

• Strong prospecting and cold calling skills
