Call Center Inbound Sales Agent

We are hiring energetic sales professionals for our Englewood, CO Call Center. The position involves handling inbound calls related to Good Sam membership service and sales, providing excellent customer service, and upselling memberships and services.

• Provide excellent customer service and sell a variety of Good Sam memberships.
• Receive and respond to membership inquiries with attentive listening and first‑class service.
• Process customer calls and solicit additional sales of memberships and services.
• Explain the types of services or memberships offered to customers.
• Convert customer inquiries to sales using established sales techniques and focusing on conversion rates.
• Validate and update membership accounts with required call and order information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of professional call‑center experience; sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in‑house computer programs.

The pay range for this role is $45,000 – $65,000 or more per year, based on skill set, experience, training, and other business factors. This is a commission‑based role with uncapped commissions. In addition, we offer:
