As an Experience Guide
, you’ll create an incredible guest experience from start to finish while helping grow one of Colorado’s highest-performing massage boutiques.

• Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism.
• Build relationships that turn first‑time guests into loyal members.
• Educate guests on memberships, massage enhancements, retail products, and gift cards.
• Confidently recommend services that enhance each guest’s experience.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage guest communications.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Keep the boutique organized, clean, and running smoothly.
• Open and close the boutique according to company standards.
• Work alongside an amazing team committed to wellness and exceptional hospitality.

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or membership sales experience
• A passion for helping people
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Confidence asking for the sale and recommending memberships
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A positive attitude and team‑first mindset
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
