Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Englewood, CO. This position is responsible for managing and growing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial customers, and ensuring their fire alarm and sprinkler system needs are met. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing service requests, coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects, preparing proposals and quotes, and tracking account performance.

The Account Manager will maintain accurate records in company systems, follow up on leads, and proactively identify opportunities to expand services. The role also involves resolving client issues, supporting inspections and maintenance scheduling, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer experience.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, including account management, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience in sales or business development, with strengths in opportunity identification, negotiation, and closing agreements.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate documentation, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, field, and office teams to coordinate services and project delivery.
• Familiarity with fire protection, construction, building systems, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with common office software and CRM or account management tools.
• Capacity to work on-site in Englewood, CO, including occasional visits to client locations in the Denver metro area.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
