Are you an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager who enjoys building long-term client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor? We're partnering with a growing insurance brokerage seeking a consultative professional to manage a portfolio of employer clients while delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance.

In this role, you'll be the primary contact for your clients, partnering closely with internal teams to oversee renewals, resolve complex benefits issues, identify opportunities to enhance benefit programs, and ensure an outstanding client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing relationship management with strategic consulting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, serving as their primary day-to-day contact.
  • Build trusted relationships with HR and business leaders by providing proactive guidance and ongoing support.
  • Lead the annual renewal process in partnership with internal consultants and service teams.
  • Coordinate with internal resources to ensure timely, high-quality service and successful project execution.
  • Advise clients on benefit plan strategies, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support open enrollment activities, client meetings, and benefit education as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional products and services.
  • Serve as a strategic resource while ensuring all client needs and service requests are handled efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Employee Benefits Account Management experience within an insurance brokerage or benefits consulting environment.
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License.
  • Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
  • Experience managing renewals and supporting employer clients.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing a high level of client service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with benefits administration or CRM systems is a plus.
