Sales Manager For Natural Healthcare Company

Position

Sales Manager at Thrive Health Systems responsible for overseeing sales and communication activities across clinics.

• Proven history of developing and assisting sales teams, especially from a technician base.

• Understanding of sales principles such as funnels, trust building, problem-solution selling, objection handling, role-playing scenarios.
• Knowledge of sales metrics.
• Effective training and coaching skills.
• Creation of sales goals.
• Problem-solving sales performance.
• Revenue generation experience.
• Budgeting & forecasting.
• Google Suite proficiency.

• Grow revenue for each clinic.
• Role-play extensively with doctors.
• Achieve and manage key business metrics.
• Attend weekly executive/staff meetings.
• Recruit and hire doctors.
• Hold meetings to train new and existing doctors.
• Establish sales goals with doctors.
• Hold doctors accountable for their goals.
• Monitor customer preferences and performance to develop focused sales plans.
• Help doctors connect their technical skills to the marketplace.
• Determine discounts or special pricing of products and services.
• Coordinate training for the sales team.
• Advise the sales team on ways to improve their sales performance.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of competitive services.

$60,000 base salary, $30,000 in performance bonuses.

Requires presence in four clinics: two in Denver, two in Colorado Springs. Expect to be where needed.
