LaSalle Network is partnering with a mission-driven, high-growth K-12 services and technology company for a Regional Sales Director. This is a true player/coach opportunity: you'll lead and elevate an established team of 7 Account Executives while also personally driving strategic opportunities and building relationships with senior district stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 Account Executives, reinforcing process, cadence, and accountability
• Run deal strategy and pipeline reviews while helping reps navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
• Personally sell and build relationships with senior district stakeholders
• Drive forecast rigor and consistent execution across a consultative, longer-cycle sales process involving RFPs, pricing, and compliance
• Help shape sales strategy and elevate team performance across the region

What You Bring

• Proven success as a sales leader and coach — you've improved performance, developed reps, and driven adoption of process and change
• Strong background in complex, consultative B2B selling, including multi-threaded deals and value-based selling
• Comfortable operating in a solutions environment that blends technology and services
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or another complex selling environment
• K-12 experience is helpful, but not required

$125,000 Base + Commission

50/50 Compensation Structure
