What You’ll Do:- Perform accurate and detailed HVAC inspections.
- Execute all HVAC repairs and replacements to code, including necessary electrical work.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and explain all issues and options to clients.
- Maintain knowledge of and compliance with all state and federal HVAC codes.
- Present a well‑groomed, professional appearance.
- Maintain a can‑do mindset.
- Willing to work weekends and evenings on a rotating basis.
- Possess strong active listening skills.
- Keep a clean, stocked, and inventoried service van.
- Reliable and timely.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid CO driver’s license with a good driving record.
- EPA certified.
- Previous experience required.
