Position Overview: Art of Drawers is looking for craftsmen who know their way around a toolbox, drill, and level. Define your schedule - we offer flexible hours and commission based pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client homes for measurement appointments and installs
- Inspect jobs prior to install
- Partner with our designers to ensure a smooth experience for the client from after the design process through the installation
- Ability to build rapport / trust with clients in their homes
- Use Art of Drawers computer platforms to schedule install appointments, submit claims / reorders / submit final payments from clients, and communicate with our national network of installers and designers
Requirements:
- Cabinet Refacing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Construction, 1 year (Preferred)
- Valid Driver's License & Vehicle large enough to carry materials to job sites
- Tools
- Computer Skills / Ability to learn and utilize our Art of Drawers Platforms

We are growing in Phoenix East Valley and surrounding areas and looking to hire people‑oriented installers to sell our solutions.

Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
