Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Rotary Screw Service Technician to join our Denver branch. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with rotary screw compressors, air dryers (refrigerated/desiccant), and filtration/condensate management. Strong field service/industrial maintenance backgrounds are welcome.
Priority experience:
Air compressor service (Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Sullair, Quincy, Gardner Denver, etc.), rotating equipment maintenance, or electro-mechanical field service.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and service of rotary screw air compressors and related equipment.
- Diagnose and repair rotary screw compressors, air dryers, filtration, drains, and piping.
- Execute preventive maintenance (oil changes, separator/filter elements, belt alignment, cooler cleaning, leak checks).
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and follow-through.
- Keep accurate service records, parts usage, and job documentation.
- Partner with team members and leadership to develop best practices and process improvements.
- 2+ years in industrial compressed air service or rotating equipment/industrial maintenance (HVAC/R, millwright, electromechanical, military MOS welcome).
- Experience in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting (schematics, multimeter/megger) and basic pneumatics.
- Dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first mindset and professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to work across the Denver metro area; lift/carry up to 50 lbs; work safely around energized equipment.
- Experience with oil-flooded and oil-free rotary screw compressors.
- Familiarity with desiccant dryer rebuilds, instrument air systems, and condensate management.
- Exposure to VFD/PLC parameters, thermal imaging, vibration basics, and leak detection tools.
- OSHA-10/30, EPA 608, or manufacturer certifications.
