Who We Are We're a small and growing water damage mitigation company. We handle emergency water damage situations in homes and buildings from sources such as burst pipes from freezes, dishwasher leaks, hot water heater leaks, sewer backups, and a variety of other sources. We emphasize customer service and communication at all times. We maintain a positive work environment. Since we all spend so much time at work, we feel it's important to enjoy where you work.

What We Do We remove excess water if necessary, such as a foot of water in a basement or soaking wet carpet. We also demolish damaged materials if necessary, which includes drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad, and other flooring, depending on the situation. We then set up dehumidifiers and air movers to dry the remaining structure (such as wood framing or subfloor).

We also do a fair amount of mold removal jobs, as well as a few hoarder cleanout and biohazard jobs. We do an average amount of Cat 3 water jobs, but they aren't a majority of our water damage work.

Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone experience in the water damage industry with a good attitude and a good work ethic. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading water damage jobs from start to finish, should excel at talking with customers, and should handle the associated paperwork with each job. Ideally, we want someone who wants to learn and develop their knowledge in this industry.

Work in this industry is sometimes unpredictable, and so there is a potential for overtime during the busier weeks.

On Call Schedule and Work Schedule You'll be on call one weekend per month once you're oriented with our company's systems. Although you won't be required to be on call more than that, we can give more on-calls if desired. We're also pretty flexible with the schedule, so if you have a family event that you need to attend, we will all work together as a team to adjust the schedule.

Starting pay is $25/hr and up based on experience, attitude, work ethic, and certifications. We provide a $50 call-out bonus if you're on call and you have to go out after hours. We also have a $50 bio-hazard bonus if you decide you'd like to work on biohazard jobs. Biohazard work is totally optional and will remain that way. You can try it if you'd like, and if you decide you don't want to do more of them, that is totally fine.

Working with us, you'll get paid time off. We also work together to cover each other when needed, which makes all of our lives better. Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour.
