We’re seeking an experienced Millwork Installer to bring our custom millwork to life in the field. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing detailed, high-end components with care and accuracy, ensuring each project meets our exacting standards.
Position SummaryThe Installer is responsible for accurately installing custom millwork based on shop drawings and site conditions. The role involves cutting materials, assembling components, and resolving issues such as machining errors or unclear instructions, using both hand and power tools.
What You’ll Be Doing- Perform all cabinet installations, following written, illustrated, or oral instructions.
- Examine installation site, shop drawings, and/or blueprints to determine specifications, materials, dimensions, and assembly methods.
- Load and unload supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Cut materials and components to size using power saws or hand saws.
- Join component parts together or attach components to structure or building using screws, bolts, nails, hand tools, and power tools.
- Identify and solve problems regarding machining mistakes or unclear shop drawings.
- Cabinetry certification and/or three or more years' experience in a related field.
- Self‑starter who takes initiative.
- Knowledge of carpentry and construction industry processes, procedures, equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Experience with Millwork/Casework installation, strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools, including routers, table saws, files, chop saws, and sanders.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to travel nationally if needed.
- Own identified tools or ability to obtain required tools.

- Salary: $23.00 – $29.00 Hourly, commensurate with experience.
- Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, hours vary based on business needs with expectation of additional hours as required.
