In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional floor care and maintenance services across premier commercial facilities. This includes cleaning, restoring, and preserving various surfaces such as carpets, upholstery, stone, tile, grout, metal, vinyl, wood, and concrete. Our technicians utilize cutting-edge equipment and eco-friendly techniques to uphold the highest industry standards.

Requirements

• Master advanced cleaning and restoration techniques for various surfaces, including carpet, upholstery, tile, stone, metal, vinyl, and concrete.
• Work closely with Supervisors and Managers to execute job tasks efficiently using our advanced, high-performance equipment.
• Ensure all tools, vehicles, and work spaces remain clean and well-maintained.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and proper equipment usage guidelines.
• Travel as needed for client projects and specialized training events.

• Strong attention to detail with an artisan's approach and high standards of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy for logging job details and reports via mobile app.
• Reliable transportation for off-shift assignments and ability to pass background checks for high-profile clients.

• Experience in floor cleaning and restoration is preferred but not required.

• Standing and walking for extended periods (6-8+ hours).
• Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting (26-50 lbs.).
• Working in various environments, including commercial and industrial spaces.

• In-Person.
• Flexible shifts.
• Evenings and weekends as required.
