Service Technician

Securitas Technology is seeking a Service Technician I to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic security and life safety systems for commercial and enterprise customers. You will service video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems, perform preventative maintenance, complete testing and inspections, and ensure proper system documentation. Working in the field, you'll respond to service calls, diagnose issues, replace components, and verify system performance.

You'll collaborate with senior technicians, follow safety and quality standards, and support customers with clear communication and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain electronic security and life safety systems
• Troubleshoot and repair video surveillance, access control, and intrusion systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, testing, and inspections
• Document service activities, system configurations, and parts used
• Respond to field service calls and prioritize work orders
• Verify proper system operation and customer functionality
• Collaborate with senior technicians and project teams
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory standards on all jobs
• Provide clear, professional communication to customers
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and company vehicle as required
