Responsibilities
- Making our customers feel special
- Management of project sand 1-2 field techs
- Making leadership decisions within the company
- Contributions to executive team and field teams
- Oversight of several jobs
- Communicating with field techs on their assigned jobs for the day
- Custom bid skill and knowledge

Field TechnicianResponsibilities
- Knowledge to complete a plumbing/heating job without assistance
- Creating AMAZING customer service (smiles and hugs!) our field techs are the linchpins for the continued growth of our business and that all begins with amazing hospitality and service
- Onsite leader with high skillset for residential service calls & installs
- Ability to work with and mentor an apprentice
- Handle anything from simple repairs to major overhauls
