** Responsibilities:
*** Lead and manage complex logistics projects, including preparation, documentation, and routing of materials.
* Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize efficiency and compliance.
* Analyze and maintain records of equipment, components, repair parts, and related manuals.
* Oversee and improve the allocation and organization of storage facilities for logistics materials.
* Ensure strict compliance with import/export requirements.
* Coordinate with senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Mentor and provide leadership to Logistics Specialist I and II.
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
* Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
* Advanced knowledge of state, federal, and global regulations related to logistics.
* Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
* Understanding and experience with the practical application of Inventory and Supply Chain/Logistics principles and techniques.
* Progressive experience with inventory databases.
* The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* Expert proficiency in logistics software and tools.
* Familiarity with AvPro or similar aviation maintenanace tracking systems.
* Haz Mat Training/Certification.
* Ability to operate a forklift.
* Experience with shipping databases, such as Fed Ex, DHL, UPS.
* Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and clean driving record.
* Understanding of shelf life.
* Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military.

*** Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
* Ability to work on your feet for a majority of the work shift.
* Ability to work in a loud environment.
* Ability to travel as needed.
* Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $29.03 - $39.92. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
