Warehouse Coordinator

Microsel of Colorado LLC (Trin Ware) is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to support our IT hardware operations. In this role, you will receive, label, and organize computer components and peripherals, manage inventory accuracy in our systems, and prepare orders for production, configuration, and shipment. You'll coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clean, secure storage areas.

This position requires strong attention to detail, comfort with basic technology tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and label incoming IT hardware, components, and peripherals
• Organize and store inventory to support production and configuration workflows
• Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse and ERP/IT systems
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for production, configuration, and shipment
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams on order status and priorities
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or damaged goods
• Maintain clean, safe, and secure warehouse and storage areas
• Assist with cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits
• Follow company procedures for handling, shipping, and ESD-sensitive equipment
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows
