Accountant Specialist​/Manager

We are seeking a professional and-oriented Accountant Specialist/Manager to oversee operations and ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers to maintain precise accounts and support efficient business processes.

• Book and schedule outgoing payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage AP & AR functions, including bank and credit card reconciliations, inventory, purchase orders, and sales to customers.
• Provide weekly reporting of AR/AP to senior management.

• Assist with monthly inventory and account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial close processes for quarterly and yearly reporting.
• Support accurate and timely reporting to management.

• Partner with Logistics and Sales to ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Assist with ad-hoc logistic requirements and bookings.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency (e.g., taxes, inventory management).
• Support the buildout of systems to accommodate new business processes.

• Conduct internal reviews of vendor and customer documentation to ensure contracts, certifications, and insurances are up to date.

• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Quick Books.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and Word.
• Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
• College degree required.
• Valid US work permit.

• Accounting certifications or equivalent professional training.

• Salary range: $65,000 – $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
